KI11EREGGS Kingdom collects information you voluntarily enter into website forms, such as your name, gamer or Discord name, email address, public profile or clip links, event preferences, merchandise interest, and partnership details.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review requests, respond when needed, plan events or merchandise, select clips, and evaluate creator, sponsor, or partner opportunities. Submissions are not published automatically.
Form processing
Website forms are processed through Formspree and delivered to the Kingdom's review inbox. Formspree may process technical and submission data according to its own privacy practices.
Public links and third-party services
The site links to services such as Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and approved third-party websites. Those services control their own privacy and security practices.
Retention and requests
Information may be kept as long as needed to review a submission, manage a relationship, prevent abuse, or maintain relevant records. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, contact KI11EREGGS through the official Discord server.
Safety
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private account credentials, or other sensitive information through these forms. Use Discord and other linked platforms only when you are eligible under their rules.
Updates
This notice may be updated when website features or information practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is made.
