Information you choose to submit
KI11EREGGS Kingdom collects information you voluntarily enter into website forms, such as your name, gamer or Discord name, email address, public profile or clip links, event preferences, merchandise interest, and partnership details.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review requests, respond when needed, plan events or merchandise, select clips, and evaluate creator, sponsor, or partner opportunities. Submissions are not published automatically.
Website analytics
KI11EREGGS Kingdom uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors use the site. Google may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, and interactions with the site. The website also keeps simple daily counts of creator-profile views and official-channel clicks without storing visitor IP addresses in the Creator Portal.
Form processing
Website submissions are stored in the private Kingdom Admin Portal for review and are also forwarded through Formspree to the Kingdom's email inbox. Formspree may process technical and submission data according to its own privacy practices.
Creator and staff Portal accounts
Approved creators and trusted staff may receive invitation-only accounts. The Portal stores the assigned email address, a protected password hash, sign-in and security records, permission settings, profile submissions, and any banner image a creator chooses to upload. Passwords themselves are not stored or visible to KI11EREGGS. Staff members can access only the Portal areas assigned by the owner and may handle information in those areas to help operate the Kingdom.
Owner password recovery
When the Portal owner requests password recovery, the site creates a random, single-use link that expires after 30 minutes and forwards it through Formspree to the configured owner inbox. The stored database record contains only a protected hash of the link token. Formspree may process the temporary link for email delivery. Completing a reset revokes existing Portal sessions and requires a new sign-in.
Creator review and publication
Creator profile changes and uploaded banners remain private while awaiting owner review. Approved information and artwork become public on the creator's profile. Rejected or replaced pending banner files are removed from active storage.
Private backups and security alerts
The site creates private database backups with a 30-day retention period. Backup files intentionally exclude passwords, sessions, invitation tokens, MFA secrets, and recovery codes. Rate-limited security alerts may be forwarded to the owner through Formspree and contain the affected account email, a hashed source fingerprint, event time, and browser identification—not passwords or authentication codes.
Public links and third-party services
The site links to services such as Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and approved third-party websites. Those services control their own privacy and security practices.
Retention and requests
Information may be kept as long as needed to review a submission, manage a relationship, protect Portal access, prevent abuse, or maintain relevant records. Creator accounts and approved public profiles remain until they are disabled or removed by the owner. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, contact KI11EREGGS through the official Discord server.
Safety
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private account credentials, or other sensitive information through these forms. Use Discord and other linked platforms only when you are eligible under their rules.
Updates
This notice may be updated when website features or information practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is made.
